Industries / Automotive & engineering
Automotive and engineering effluent treatment. ETPs for auto component, wheel, forging and machining plants.

What makes automotive & engineering effluent difficult
Oils and coolants
Emulsified oils from machining and washing.
Pre-treatment and paint shop
Phosphating and painting add metals and organics.
Mixed domestic load
Large workforces also need sewage treatment.
Where chemicals are needed
Paint shop and phosphating streams may need a chemical step. The rest of the plant can usually run without chemicals.
What you get
- Site audit and effluent analysis before any design
- Process design and DPR sized to your flow and board discharge norms
- Clarifiers and MGF + ACF filters supplied by us
- Installation supervision by our engineers
- Commissioning by our engineers, guaranteed to work at the agreed design flow and load
- Board queries answered by us: any pollution control board question about our design or equipment
Questions
Can you treat process effluent and sewage together?
Often, after oily and metal-bearing streams are pre-treated. We design one plant where it makes sense, which saves space and running cost.
Can you increase the capacity of our existing ETP?
Yes. Capacity upgrades of running plants are a large part of our automotive work.
