Industries / Housing societies
Sewage treatment plants for housing societies. STPs for apartments, townships, gated colonies and commercial complexes.

What a society STP has to handle
Morning and evening peaks
Most of the day’s flow arrives in a few hours, and the plant has to take it without overflowing.
Little operating staff
Societies need a plant that runs on basic daily checks, not a full-time specialist.
Running cost
Power and chemical bills go straight into residents’ maintenance charges every month.

Questions
Our society’s STP isn’t working properly. Can you fix it?
Usually. Many society STPs fail because they were undersized or built with poor equipment. We audit the plant and repair or upgrade the parts that are failing, instead of rebuilding everything.
Can the STP grow when new towers are added?
Yes. We can design for phased expansion, so capacity is added as occupancy grows.
Who will run the plant?
We train your maintenance staff at handover. Our plants need no daily chemical dosing, which keeps the routine simple.
