Industries / Paper & pulp
Paper and pulp effluent treatment. ETPs for paper, board and recycled-fibre mills.

What makes paper & pulp effluent difficult
Large volumes
Mills discharge high flows that need big, well-designed tanks.
Fibre and suspended solids
Lost fibre is both a pollutant and a cost.
Lignin and colour
Dark, slow-to-degrade organics from pulping.

- Commissioning by our engineers, guaranteed to work at the agreed design flow and load
- Board queries answered by us: any pollution control board question about our design or equipment
Questions
Can treated water go back into the mill?
Yes. With good clarification and tertiary filtration, a large share can be reused in the process, which cuts fresh-water intake.
Our clarifier carries over solids. Can you fix it?
Usually. Carry-over normally comes from overloading or poor inlet design. We check the hydraulics and modify or resize.
